Luis Pater a4acc9f752 fix(antigravity): treat client disconnect after terminal stream chunk as success 
- Track terminal chunks including finish reasons, stop messages, and completion events during streaming
- Commit replay settlements and publish observed usage instead of reporting stream failure when the client disconnects after a terminal chunk
