- Add `PrepareConfigFileForUpload` to hash plaintext management secrets and clean legacy layouts before remote storage seeding.
- Update ObjectStore and PostgresStore seed paths to prepare configuration files prior to synchronization.
- Update server bootstrap to prepare template-copied configurations and prevent plaintext secrets from reaching remote stores.
