Luis Pater 13874f1f84 fix(pluginhost): pass decoded request body to frontend auth plugins ...

- Add DecodedBody to FrontendAuthRequest and populate it on routes decoded by ReadRequestBody while preserving raw Body and Headers.
- Enforce pre-auth zstd window, decoded size, coding layer, and concurrency bounds, keeping decode slots held until guarded RPC calls complete.
- Add regression tests covering zstd decoding, route filtering, size limits, RPC marshaling, and canceled RPC slot lifecycle.
