- Split SSE-formatted wsrelay stream chunks at blank lines into individual data frames while preserving non-SSE JSON payloads whole.
- Run response model observation, usage extraction, metadata filtering, and stream translation per frame so trailing finish reasons and token usage are not dropped.
- Add regression tests covering multi-frame relay chunks across OpenAI Chat, OpenAI Responses, and Claude formats.
