Luis Pater 3dae075de2 feat(devin): aggregate swe-2 lightning UIDs into swe-2-lightning model 
- Aggregate -{level}-lightning compound suffixes into a single swe-2-lightning catalog entry and preserve the Lightning display name suffix across registry and fetch_devin_models.
- Resolve -lightning base models into stem-{effort}-lightning UIDs while passing through complete upstream lightning UIDs and regenerating the embedded Devin catalog.
