f81a765828 chore: upgrade CLIProxyAPI imports from v6 to v7 across all modules 
- Updated all references of `CLIProxyAPI/v6` to `CLIProxyAPI/v7` throughout the codebase.
- Includes changes in translator modules, test files, and dependency imports for consistency and compatibility.
- No functional changes, solely import version updates.
