feat(executor): support execution-scoped request proxy overrides
...
- Add context helpers to manage execution-scoped proxy overrides
- Prioritize request proxy over credential and global proxy settings across HTTP and uTLS clients
- Propagate request proxy in conductor execution and plugin host adapters
- Isolate Codex WebSocket connection reuse by proxy endpoint

chore: upgrade CLIProxyAPI dependency to v7 across the project
...
- Updated all references from v6 to v7 for `github.com/router-for-me/CLIProxyAPI`.
- Ensured consistency in imports within core libraries, tests, and integration tests.
- Added missing tests for new features in Redis Protocol integration.
